What is it? 

Positive Pathways Program is an informative and transformative holistic corporate wellbeing program emphasising balance, wholeness and integration of mind, body, spirit and emotion

 

The goal is to support individuals in gaining insights into their personal wellbeing status from a holistic perspective that can lead to symptoms of physical stress or flourishing to meet their potential.

 

The program empowers participants through the provision of pioneering tools and resources to help facilitate changes to their personal wellbeing that can be applied both within and external to the workplace

A Two Day Face to Face Workshop

Based on neuroscience and positive psychology principles

 

PHASE 1. Pre program

Completion of our unique Wellbeing Indicator

Questionnaire (WIQ) provides insights into

individual priority wellbeing areas of focus

 

PHASE 2. The program

The program addresses four vital areas:

Mental Health, Stress Management,

Resilience and cultivation of Micro Habits to enable lasting change
